The project HIGREEW has presented its achievement in H2020 Batteries Projects clustering event, which took place on 17 and 18 November 2021 as an online event. HIGREEW coordinator CIC energiGUNE and partner GAMESA participated in this event.
CINEA (European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency) organized a Clustering event to bring together 35 European H2020 projects that are developing batteries and battery systems, both in the energy and in the transport sector. The online workshop, organized on 17-18 of November, was the occasion to share different perspectives about recent innovations in battery domain.
On the first day, Estibaliz Crespo R&D project coordinator from CIC energiGUNE, did an overview of HIGREEW project achievements in these two years. While the second session was participated by Eid Maraqah, main researcher from GAMESA, who attended the parallel session devoted to Modelling and design, and Dr. Eduardo Sánchez, redox flow technology research line manager at CIC energiGUNE, participated in the brainstorm session about Novel chemistries for energy and transport applications.
